After a delicious saimin bowl, I went right for the lilikoi chiffon pie. After a salty dish, this hit the spot with a crumbly crust and a light and fluffy citrus-like filling. I don't know if these were made with local lilikois (passionfruit), but I do know that the fruit grows on Kauai. Pardon the half-eaten pie in the photo--my group was pretty hungry.
