Seafood cocteles (cocktails) and ceviche are everywhere on Isla, which is heavy on waterfront, feet-in-the-sand type of seafood eateries like Picus. The shrimp coctel was good--its light sauce definitely made with ketchup--and the shrimp-octopus-conch ceviche was tangy, limey & refreshing.
