This tiny storefront is known for its wonderful ice cream--rich, creamy, and smooth, a far cry from the gummy stuff vendors pull for tourists in the center of Istanbul. We tried the vanilla-like, milky kaymak (clotted cream) variety with a scoop of pistachio, two very Turkish flavors. It was a deliciously refreshing treat on a warm day!
