Luxemburgerli are tiny colorful macaroon hamburgers made by the Confiserie Sprüngli in Zürich. They are as fluffy as a cloud and come in many colors and flavors like chocolate, champagne, mocha, lemon, cinnamon and raspberry to name but a few. Even the slightest change in humidity can cause them to loose their fluffiness, so enjoy while fresh.
