Pici Cacio e Pepe

This traditional Tuscan pasta is the epitome of the Italian ability to take a few simple ingredients and turn them into something incredible. The pici pasta is thick and al dente, the cheese melts in your mouth, and the pepper adds the extra kick that sends this pasta straight to the top of my list of favorite dishes here in Florence.
