Nakládaný hermelín (pickled cheese)

Hermelín is the Czech take on brie cheese. Cut into smaller pieces so it can absorb flavor better, the cheese is pickled for 2-3 days in a mixture of oil, hot peppers, paprika and other spices. Taken out to be enjoyed with Czech bread, topinky and beer.
