A local favourite but I have had nothing like this anywhere else. A sweet and slightly spicy pumpkin puree is the base for this soup, stuffed full of vegetables - sweetcorn, seaweed, you name it - and chewy noodles. The all veggie restaurant serves many other things but is identifiable by all the people digging into this distinctive orange dish.
