Bayan Olgii Mongolia

The most popular traditional Kazakh dish, besbarmak, is common in the western province of Mongolia called Bayan Olgii. The name translates to “five fingers,” indicating that the dish is eaten with the hands. Besbarmak consists of meat, broth and pasta.
