Tandoor is the traditional clay oven where a lot of Indian grills are cooked. Filled with hot charcoal it gives any food a delicious smokey taste. Tandoori mushrooms are marinated with a typical blend of tandoori spices ("tandoori masala"), put in a skewer and placed inside the tandoor. They absorve the spices, release some juices and taste great!
