Roasted goose is a very common preparation found in Hong Kong markets. It is widely used in Cantonese cuisine. People would typically buy the meat already cooked and use it to add to their own home cooked recipes: with rice, noodles, vegetables, etc. The meat is quite fatty (specially considering the skin is still tender) and intense in flavor.
