The bar at Husk is actually a stunningly renovated, historic building next door to the restaurant. In the same vein as the restaurant, the lengthy menu pays tribute to Charleston's classic cocktails and traditional spirits and "punches," like this one: the Continental Drift, with rum, orange & lime juice, cane syrup, and Madeira, which the menu tells us was brought here (and to other East Coast ports) as early as the 1720s.
