Palmetto pimiento cheese

This SC-based brand of pimiento cheese (a blend of cheeses & peppers) is pretty addictive! It's very popular in Charleston, and in fact we liked it better than some of the pimiento cheeses we tried in restaurants here. Heavy on the cheddar, with a nice kick, it makes a delicious culinary souvenir!
