Good Homemade American Food at Jimmy's Submitted by: christinasibley
1301 SW 59th St, Oklahoma City, OK, 73119

If you are looking for traditional American/Oklahoma food, Jimmy's Round-up Cafe + Fried Pies is the place! Try a (deep) fried pie (cherry, apple, coconut and more) while you are there. Jimmy’s serves huge light and fluffy dinner rolls with a sweet butter to everyone, almost immediately, as you look over the vast menu. Enjoy chicken-fried steak, fried chicken, the best fried chicken livers you will find, burgers, sandwiches, meatloaf, roast beef, fried catfish, ribs, steak, and much more.

For breakfast, try the biscuit debris (scrambled eggs, biscuits, country gravy, grilled sausage, ham and melted cheese), served with hashbrowns or country-fried potatoes. They also serve corn beef hash, omelettes, breakfast steaks, pork chops, and more as well as pancakes. You won’t go hungry and you’ll definitely want to come back. My husband and I found this place when we moved into the neighborhood, some years ago. It never disappoints! When we host a party we order the rolls by the dozen that come fresh-baked and still hot!
