Greensboro has introduced me to several new native bites, but the most peculiar is the hot dog with the red casing, giving it distinct red color. Color aside, what makes this a distinct Carolina-style dog is the combo of chili, slaw, onions, mustard, and sometimes cheese sauce that go on top. Nothing to write home about, but a decent local dog.
