Traditional Mooncake

Submitted by changahroo
Manna House Bakery
125 Mott St, New York, NY 10013

This traditional mooncake is filled with red bean paste and an egg. The egg represents the moon, which is the focus of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Manna produces very delicious mooncakes, but I would look elsewhere if you're into the aesthetic factor.
