Mac-and-cheese is just about as American as apple pie, and I've had dozens of different kinds. This one was cheesy perfection, served with warm, fresh baked bread. It's run by some very funny and friendly Franciscan Monks that truly made it memorable! A bit off the beaten path for Maine but worth the voyage!
