Stuffed full of crunchy, juicy fried oysters, on fresh-from-the-bakery bread. This was a good rendition of the classic sandwich from a cafe that didn't feel too touristy despite its location right in the heart of the French Quarter. Went down well with a bottle of Abita Amber from the local brewery.
