A beautiful and delicious deconstructed take on traditional Key Lime Pie. This one made with Meyer lemon, local goat cheese and housemade graham cracker crumbs. We ate it with chilled prosecco, overlooking Biscayne Bay. Not a bad way to spend a Wednesday afternoon.
