This was difficult to categorize, but I chose Locavore since most of the beautiful pieces on this plate were grown in the garden out front. The cheese was actually a Tillamook Vermont Cheddar, which was delicious, but the highlight was the mini truffle pop tart in the center/right of the plate. It looked EXACTLY like a pop tart- but with TRUFFLE!
