Brazilian Tapioca is a kind of pancake made from manioc starch and water. It is a cultural legacy from Brazilian Indians and a staple of the northeastern Brazil diet. It is fried to a gooey consistency and usually made with traditional coalho cheese. We got it with banana and sugar as well. It’s then fried, folded and ready to eat. Yum.
