Milanesa Napolitana

Submitted by jessie
Cafe La Poesia
Chile 502, Buenos Aires

Invented in Buenos Aires in the 1940s according to local legend, the Milanesa Napolitana is one of Argentina's most popular dishes. It's a breaded and fried strip of beef covered in mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and ham. It's the perfect lunch to soak up a night of Malbec!
