When you see all those happy, healthy, free-roaming, grass feeding sheep all over the South Island, you just can't help but order lamb lamb lamb. This out-this-word pie was straight out of the oven and filled with Moroccan spiced local lamb shoulder and kumera. The pastry was the perfect combination of light and flakey. This pie is a must have in Queenstown.
