Move over sweet, savory pie is what it's all about. Meat Pie, to be specific. Doesn't the name elicit bliss in and of itself (I may be quoting H. Simpson at this point). In essence, the broad category of Aussie meat pies offer a range of variety, including mashed peas and meat, chicken and shrooms, liver and onion, and my personal fav: curry beef!
