With an interesting blend of textures, it took my palate a moment to identify which flavors were in this macaroon pate dish. Chef Moshe Basson of The Eucalyptus used the seven Biblical ingredients in each of his dishes for a unique take on locavore. The seven include: wheat, barley, grape, fig, pomegranates, olive (oil), and date (honey).
