A kebab is your typical Iranian´s favorite lunch, and also what he/she orders when out to celebrate. In Iran you will find the perfect kebab for every occasion. The Kabab Koobideh is a minced meat kebab, cooked on flat metal skewers over an open grill. It is invariably served with grilled vegetables and a healthy dose of rice.
