One of the few egg dishes offered at Kaymakçı Pando--where you go for some of the best bal-kaymak, or clotted cream with honey, in Istanbul--this is, simply, local eggs baked in a metal pan with a whole lot of bubbling butter. A delicious accompaniment to the kaymak and bread.
