Regional Turkish food

The spread is always different at Ciya, but you're sure to get good-quality, down-home regional dishes from across Turkey. Think tomatoey beans and lamb stew from the Black Sea, yogurty soup with chickpeas and dumplings from Antep. There's self-serve cold meze and, across the street, great kebabs at the "other" Ciyas (they're all related). It's not the cheapest place to eat, but worth it to try dishes you may not find elsewhere in Istanbul.
