Ortaköy Cafe Kahvaltı
eski bahce sokak ortakoy no:33

This is a dish from the Black Sea region of Turkey, where corn is a staple grain. It is corn flour cooked with cheese and butter. You can find a great version in Ortaköy Cafe Kahvaltı where the owners make it very well because they are from that region. Dip your bread in it, or simply enjoy with a fork! I would recommend sharing during breakfast.
