It doesn't look like much, but this was so delicious it's criminal: a few crispy, battered-and-fried mussels laid out on a soft roll & topped with garlic sauce. Add oregano & chili pepper at the table. While you're at this restaurant (a popular national chain), try the excellent kokoreç (grilled lamb intestine) & midya dolma (rice-stuffed mussels).
