Local scorpion fish

We'd never even heard of this fish before being served it by a fishmonger who recommended (& then served) it here. Just one of many local catches in Sinop, scorpion fish is mild & meaty; at this excellent restaurant, it was breaded, perfectly pan-fried, & served bite-size and boneless with lemon. It actually tastes a bit like chicken!
