Lakerda (cured bonito fish)

Lakerda is cured bonito fish (torik as they call it in Turkish). It's cured over almost two weeks, tastes salty and slightly fishy. It's very soft and melts in your mouth. Goes very well with red onions and is usually served along with Raki (traditional Turkish anise flavored drink)
