Kumpir is a huge baked potato that you can have filled with any number of a variety of toppings like cheese, pickles, vegetables, couscous, sauces, and more. The best place to eat these are on the Ortaköy pier, where many of the stand line the streets and sell kumpir throughout the day into the late night. Many people opt for two spoons and share.
