kahvaltı- Traditional Turkish Breakfast

This breakfast was intense with flavor from the Sucuk (dried sausage made of beef, garlic and spices like red pepper, cumin and sumac) to the white cheeses, olives, fresh jams, breads and eggs cooked in pretty little silver dishes. I believe its originally an Ottoman dish that only a few restaurants still serve.
