This is easily the most famous stroopwafel in Amsterdam. One vendor sets up a stand and churns out fresh, hot stroopwafels all day long. It's a completely different style of stroopwafel than we found in other locations--very thin, pliable, and super gooey and sweet inside, with a bonus of being super cheap!
