Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (Züri-Gschnätzlets in Swiss German) is the most typical dish for the Zürich region. It is made out of thinly sliced veal, covered in a white wine and cream sauce. Züri-Gschnätzlets is usually served with Rösti (pan fried roughly graded potatoes).
