Plum Cake. This particular one is located in the Chamanna mountain hut, a short but steep hike from the main area in Pontresina. There's a woman who hikes up to the hut every morning to sell the cakes she bakes every night to hikers. Ask in any of the hotels and the staff will know who she is and how to get there.
