Truffles picked from the Abruzzo region pair perfectly with the melted cheese and warm bread. The meats and cheeses are also from Italy, matched to taste magnificently together. Finally, the Aperol spritz is made with prosecco, an Italian wine, and beautifully balances the sweetness of the orange and liqueur.
