Pasta con le sarde

Pasta con le sarde is a traditional spaghetti dish with sardine, fennel and powdered breadcrumbs. This version has been a little revisited by the chef so that the sardine is oven-baked instead of fried, and the pasta is cooked like risotto with fennel instead of being simply boiled -- which makes the dish extra delicious and tasty!
