This is perhaps the best pizza I've ever had in my life! Dar Poeta in the Trastavere neighborhood in Rome, Italy claims that its pizza is "neither Roman, nor Neapolitan-it's DAR POETA!" Whatever it is, their pizza is incredible. The crust is so light and perfect, and the spicy flavors of the meats provide just the right amount of burn & flavor!
