Langos

Submitted by jackiel
Central Market Hall
Vámház krt. 1-3., district IX.

Lángos is a dough that in Hungary is normally fried and on top of it, a wide array of toppings, depending on your preference are added, to make sort of a "Hungarian Pizza". The dough is relatively light and the toppings I went with came as a recommendation of one of the people working at a stand in the Central Market Hall in the middle of Budapest!
