Of course... crepes are a thing better left for the French, but this one is worth a little bragging about. The quaint and eccentric atmosphere of Manouche also adds to the experience. The key is in the 'karamel" the softly sugared locally sourced apples are sauteed to a nice softness that makes for easy fork access. And the warmth slowly melts the Vanilla Eis too!
