Open-air fritangas (like BBQs) are a popular way to eat streetside in Nicaragua. We came across this one in Leon selling all sorts of (mostly fried or roasted) snacks, from sweet plantains and carne asada to cheesy potato cakes and gallo pinto (rice and beans).
