If there is a national dish of Honduras, it's Tapado. The exact recipe varies by region but it always includes a wide variety of plantains and yuca. In the capital, it's usually served with at least two different types of meat including chorizo and beef. The version at Mami Luz's is in a delicious coconut broth.
