These sumptuous lobsters are flown in once a week from the nearby island of St. Vincent to the restaurant in Bridgetown. The sizes range from XS to XL and even beyond, and are served with rice, salad, and vegetables. Note: these are spiny Caribbean lobsters, no claws. Absolutely mouth-watering!
