For those avoiding the heavier meat dishes at L’express this is a pretty perfect choice, though it was a special. Scallops were first grilled and then sauteed with green onion, red peppers, potatoes, yellow raisins. Then each scallop was topped with little dollop of chopped walnuts. Yum.
