There is probably no better place to enjoy a noodle soup than at a noodle factory itself! Imagine deliciously fresh rice noodles, dipped into rich meat broth, topped with slices of marinated pork, veggies, herbs, a little bit of chilli and a squeeze of lime. For breakfast, in Vietnam… so, so good!
