100 ft from the railroad tracks into Saigon’s train station,Ga Saigon, are half-dozen street vendors serving a variety of snails, bivalves, and mollusks at curb-side. We ordered a pot full of clams steamed in lemongrass and chili broth. The clams were tender and yummy and the clam broth was delicious all on its own. More at www.eatingsaigon.com
