Fresh egg noodles swimming in a delicious spicy-sweet coconut curry. A staple in Northern Thailand, and influenced by a dry Indian yellow curry and a traditional Thai red curry from the south. Topped with plenty of pickled cabbage, spicy shallots, fresh cilantro and limes. I had mine for breakfast!
