These are some serious potstickers. An elongated dumpling wrapper, concealing generous filling (these were classic pork and cabbage flavour), left open at the ends. All conjoined by a big sheet of crispy, fried, dumpling goodness. About twice the size of potstickers I have had elsewhere in Taiwan - in this case bigger might well be better.
