Mung beans and thick, chewy rice noodles (optional) in brown sugar syrup with a big scoop of crushed ice (or you can have it hot....not that the weather in southern Taiwan ever warrants it...). This dessert shop does just the one thing and does it really well, as the crowds suggest.
